Joe Cardona

Joe Cardona has extensive experience in university relations and community engagement, serving at Rowan University since 1995 in various leadership roles, including Vice President for University Relations and Associate Vice President. In addition to academic roles, Joe has volunteered for over 17 years with Elmer Little League, demonstrating a commitment to community service. Previously, Joe worked as a Community Relations Specialist at Mobil Oil's Paulsboro Refinery and as a Customer Relations Manager at Magaziner Ford & Chevrolet. Joe Cardona holds multiple degrees from Rowan University, including a B.S. in Business-Marketing, an M.A. in Public Relations, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, and is a Fellow of Leadership New Jersey.
