Bob Pearce Mbe

Bob Pearce MBE possesses extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, including healthcare and military. Currently serving as Company Secretary at Rowcroft Hospice since March 2024, Bob has previously held significant roles such as Bursar and Clerk to the Governors at West Buckland School and PIPERS CORNER SCHOOL. In healthcare, Bob contributed to Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group as Director of the Sustainability and Transformation Programme and held prominent positions at Gloucestershire Hospitals Foundation Trust. Bob's military career includes leadership roles within the British Army, culminating as Chief of Staff Enabling Command at Headquarters Allied Rapid Reaction Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Corporate Governance from Leeds Beckett University and additional executive education from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
