Kelly Scribner

Kelly Scribner, MA, LMFT, currently serves as Program Director at ROWI Teen and Parent Wellness Center since January 2022. Previously, Kelly held the position of Adult & Family Services Program Director at Citrus Counseling Services from January 2018 to January 2022, overseeing various programs including CAPTS, GMH, and Visitation. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands, Program Director at The Haven at College, and Student Health Specialist at Riverside Community College District. Kelly has also worked as an Independent Contractor, Mental Health Clinician, Counselor II, and MFT Trainee at various institutions. Kelly earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Currently, Kelly is pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology at California Southern University.
