Jennifer MacDonald

Jennifer MacDonald currently serves as the Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the Royal Academy of Engineering and is a Director at Engineering Inclusion Ltd, where the focus is on educating engineers for career transitions. With extensive experience in diversity and inclusion roles, Jennifer has previously managed projects for the Royal Society and the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland, advocating for inclusivity within engineering and manufacturing sectors. Prior to a career pivot from frontline engineering on oil rigs, Jennifer worked in diverse roles, including a Field Engineer at Schlumberger and Founder of Mentor Mindset, which aims to guide youth in career exploration. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and additional leadership and project management certifications from Delft University of Technology.
