Willem Otter

Willem Otter has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Executive Director Specials at Royal BAM Group nv since January 2022. Previously, Willem held the position of Directeur Strategische Portefeuille, Specials en Innovaties at BAM Bouw en Vastgoed Nederland bv from April 2019 to May 2022, and served as Directeur BAM Wonen from October 2016 to April 2019. Prior roles include various directorships at BAM Wonen, managing new construction, renovation concepts, and engineering and consultancy from 2007 to 2016. Willem began a career at BAM Woningbouw Amsterdam as Adjunct Directeur Voorbereiding between 2006 and 2009. Willem Otter holds an MBA from Business School Nederland (2006-2009) and an Ing. degree in Construction Engineering from HTS Haarlem (1995-1997).
