Vaibhav Shinde

Vaibhav Shinde is a highly experienced professional in quality engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at RBC since May 2011, with previous experience as a Senior Manager in Digital Quality Engineering. Vaibhav has managed quality engineering teams primarily for RBC's digital investment advisor platform, MyAdvisor, and has played a crucial role in the development of RBC Mobile Payments solutions. Key responsibilities have included creating comprehensive test strategies and plans, executing test cases, and overseeing defect management processes. Earlier in Vaibhav's career, significant contributions were made as a Senior QA Analyst on projects such as Facebook money transfer and mobile alerts, as well as enhancements to online direct investment functionalities. Vaibhav's foundations in quality assurance were established at Tata Consultancy Services, where involvement in one of the world’s largest core banking implementations was achieved. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
