Karl Mittelstadt

Karl Mittelstadt serves as the Assistant Director of Quality Improvement at the Royal Borough of Greenwich since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Performance, Policy and Partnerships at the London Borough of Merton and Senior Commissioning Manager for children's services at Surrey County Council. Karl also worked as Partnership Manager for Child Sexual Exploitation at the Surrey Safeguarding Children Board and held multiple positions at the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales, including Head of Policy and Project Manager. Educational qualifications include an M.Phil in Criminology and Research Methodology from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Applied Social Sciences from the University of Southampton.
