Hansel Pombo

Hansel Pombo is an accomplished manager and construction professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and sales. Currently serving as Manager of Pre-Construction Projects at Royal Caribbean Group since July 2024, Hansel previously held the position of Construction Project Manager for the Southeast Region at Harmon from August 2018 to July 2024, where responsibilities included construction estimation and assistant project management. Earlier roles included Sales Manager for the Window Solutions Division at REHAU in Colombia and Business Development Manager at Energía Solar ESWindows in the West Indies. Hansel's early career featured positions as an Account Manager and Sustainability Analyst at AirQuest Environmental, Inc. Hansel holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Norte and a Master’s in Executive Project Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial, as well as a second Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
