Umesh Krishnappa is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in the automotive and electric mobility sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Royal Enfield and Senior Vice President & Chief of Vehicle Engineering and Technology at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., Umesh has previously held significant roles such as COO - Technology & Operations at Greaves Cotton Limited and President & Country Head at MTS Systems Corporation. Umesh's career includes major contributions to Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles, TATA AutoComp Systems, Harita TVS Technologies, and Philips, spanning areas from product development to operational excellence. Umesh holds an MBA in Operations from Symbiosis and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
