Byung Jonkman

Byung Jonkman currently serves as the Head of Information Technology and Deputy CIO at KNMI - Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute since September 2021, and is a member of the ABD under the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of IT Development at Accell IT, Co-Owner at a privately held holding company, and Director positions at Dyade Lubricants and Blue NANO Lubricants. Previous experience also encompasses a Senior Manager role at VodafoneZiggo, where multiple leadership positions were held, and extensive project management roles at Multikabel/Casema/Ziggo. Byung Jonkman has a Master’s Degree in Management from Nyenrode Business University and holds various certifications, including in tribology and computer science.
