Neil Gibson

Neil Gibson is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of senior executive experience in both public and private sectors, currently serving as the Past President of ADEPT and a Non-Executive Director at Ngage Solutions. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation and a Chartered Town Planner with the Royal Town Planning Institute, Neil has a strong focus on economic development, transport, and environmental strategy. Previous roles include Highways Commissioner for Liverpool City Council and various leadership positions at Buckinghamshire County Council, where responsibilities included transport and strategic development. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Town & Country Planning from Liverpool John Moores University and post-graduate diplomas in Environmental Management and Management Studies.
