Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an experienced professional in land acquisition and planning, currently serving as the Head of Land & Partnerships at Lovell Partnerships Ltd since October 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Phil has held key roles including Land & Planning Director at Thirteen Group and Senior Planning & Enabling Manager at Homes England. Phil has a strong background in managing development strategies, negotiating planning approvals, and securing residential land opportunities, while also maintaining relationships across public and private sectors. In addition to professional roles, Phil has contributed to community governance as a Parent Governor at Gosforth East Middle School and served as Treasurer at Bohemians Tennis Club. Phil holds multiple degrees in Town Planning from Newcastle University and a professional development certificate in Public Sector Management from Teesside University.
