Olivia Kent

Olivia Kent, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR Generalist currently working at Royal United Mortgage LLC since January 2018. Prior to this role, Olivia served as a Talent Management Intern at Community Health Network in the summer of 2017, where responsibilities included assisting with new employee orientation and onboarding. Additional experience includes working as a Lifeguard for MSD of Warren Township from May 2015 to January 2017, a Summer Sourcing Specialist for Foreign Links Around the Globe in 2016, and a Summer Short-Term Program Intern with the same organization in 2015. Olivia holds a BSPA in NonProfit Management with a minor in Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2017.
