Keith Decarlo

Keith DeCarlo possesses extensive experience in safety, training, project engineering, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Safety and Director of Training and Development at RPCS since March 2018, Keith has previously held positions including Project Engineer at Clark Brothers Inc. and General Foreman at Live Action and Ryan. With a strong background in inspections and foremanship from Quanta Power Generation, Keith has also contributed as an Inventory Manager at The Neil Jones Food Company and as a Program Analyst at NMC CWD Det Lemoore, where significant cost savings were achieved through leadership in Lean Rapid Improvement Events. Keith holds a BA in Business Administration/Project Management and an AA in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, along with an EERE Certification in Weatherization/Photo Voltaic.
