Malcolm leads Chevron’s global outlook on carbon pricing and climate policy, as well as projects in areas like green finance, policy advocacy and emissions reduction strategy. Prior to his current role, he worked in Chevron’s California business, where the state’s advanced set of carbon pricing mechanisms and climate policies make climate change an integral part of both day to day operations and long term strategy. He’s also held roles in Chevron’s capital markets and M&A teams. Malcolm is an Army veteran with two tours of Iraq. He holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
