Previously, Ben was the Senior Vice President of Product Management at IFS, leading various divisions and improving employee engagement metrics. With a long tenure at Microsoft, Ben held numerous influential roles, including Global Director of Dynamics 365 Field Service and incubation partner CTO, overseeing significant product developments. Ben's early career featured leadership in CRM solutions and consultancy roles within organizations like ePartners and GE Capital Consulting. Ben holds a Certified General Appraiser degree from Corning Community College.
