Jean Bartman

Jean Bartman is a seasoned tax professional with significant experience in State and Local Tax practices. Over a career spanning from 1996 to 2024, Jean Bartman has held key leadership roles, including Tax Partner at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included managing State and Local Tax initiatives and collaborating with Private Equity clients. Prior to RSM, Jean Bartman served as Tax Managing Director at KPMG US and Tax Director at Arthur Andersen & Co.
