Raquel M. Anderson

Raquel M. Anderson currently serves as the Sales Enablement Training Manager at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities include developing and managing the Sales Certification Program along with defining the training program's scope and success metrics. Previous experience includes acting as Training Director for Minnesota IT Services, where Raquel focused on organization-wide learning strategies and led projects for the statewide Equity Change Plan Initiative. Raquel also held the position of Employee Relations/Training Manager at Career Services Administration, University of Minnesota, and worked as Staffing Coordinator at Allina Health, implementing processes for operational efficiency. Early career experience includes serving as Program Manager at Residential Services Inc., overseeing staff and enhancing training sessions. Raquel holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Integrative Leadership from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Human Services from Metro State University.
