Brandon Ellis

Brandon Ellis is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently at RT Specialty since March 2021, Brandon has previously served as a software engineering mentor at Thinkful, guiding students through coding challenges. Prior experience includes work at Innovu, LLC, improving benefits data applications, and as a lead instructor at Hack Reactor, where Brandon taught coding fundamentals. Additional roles include web development for various startups, such as Mix Salad Concept and Rubitection Inc., and a brief tenure as an EMT. Brandon holds an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive Program certificate from Hack Reactor, a Software Engineering certificate from Community College of Allegheny County, and a degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
