Leandro Otani

Leandro Otani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in programmatic operations and software engineering. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Programmatic Tech Solutions at RTB House since November 2019, Leandro oversees a global team focused on R&D projects, emphasizing automation and analytics while implementing engineering and DevOps best practices. Prior roles include Programmatic Inventory Engineering Manager and Programmatic Inventory Support Manager in the LATAM region, along with significant experience at UOL - Universo Online as a technical leader in digital marketing R&D. Leandro also co-founded PurpleBox, a startup dedicated to IoT and AI solutions, and has held research and development internships at IBM and Foster Web Solutions. Academically, Leandro holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in IT management and a Master's in Computer Science, reinforcing a strong commitment to professional development.
