Armel Ouedraogo

Armel OUEDRAOGO is a seasoned GIS Expert with extensive experience in the geographic information systems field, currently working at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since October 2018. Prior experience includes a role as GIS Expert at PARTENOR GROUP from March 2010 to October 2015 and at ESRI France from 2001 to April 2010, where Armel also held the position of Ingénieur d'études. Earlier career steps included serving as Ingénieur Développement at MAGELLAN in 2000-2001. Armel OUEDRAOGO holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Sciences and a degree as a Survey Engineer, both from Ecole nationale des Sciences géographiques.
