Leonid Boguslavsky

Leonid Boguslavsky is the founder of RTP Global. He was one of the pioneers of IT and internet tech investments, being one of the first to back Yandex, now one of Europe’s largest tech companies. As an investor, he’s involved with some of the world’s most successful companies, including Delivery Hero, Ring Central, Epam and Datadog among many others.

In the early 1990s, prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Leonid built one of Russia’s largest IT solutions integrators. After selling the company to PwC in 1996, Leonid stayed on as a Senior Partner responsible for Management Consulting Services.

Leonid started his career as a scientist, specialising in the areas of performance evaluation, the modelling of computer systems and networks at the USSR Academy of Sciences and the University of Toronto. He has a PhD and a Doctorate.

A known sport enthusiast, Leonid has a keen interest in triathlon, and in 2017 he launched Super League Triathlon – a new format in the global Sportainment market.
