Operations Team

The Operations Team at RGA oversees the efficient functioning of all regional fabrication centers in Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. This team ensures seamless inventory management, production processes, and logistics, supporting both wholesale and retail sales of industrial rubber products. They coordinate the fabrication and assembly services, including gasket cutting, belt vulcanization, and hose assembly, to meet customer demands and uphold the company’s full line capabilities.
