Michael Petruccelli

Michael Petruccelli is a highly experienced attorney specializing in medical malpractice and civil litigation. Currently serving as a Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyer at Rubenstein Law since January 2020, Petruccelli is also the Founding Partner and President of Petruccelli Law, established in February 2016, which focuses on providing quality legal services in areas such as medical negligence and employment law. Prior to these roles, Petruccelli was a founding partner at Fann & Petruccelli, P.A. from 2005 to January 2016, where the firm earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Petruccelli holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
