Ema Turkovic

Ema Turkovic is a seasoned People Operations Manager at RUBICON, where responsibilities include designing organizational development strategies, leading onboarding and training programs, managing recruitment, and overseeing performance management processes since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ema held various positions at INTESA SANPAOLO BANKA d.d. BOSNA I HERCEGOVINA from April 2011 to February 2021, including Internal Auditor and Analyst. Ema's career began as an Assistant Manager at Marketing Agency "Fundament" from May 2009 to March 2011. Ema holds a Master's degree in Banking and Insurance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Sarajevo.
