Faith Kiprop

Faith Kiprop is a seasoned retail management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Retail Manager at RUBiS Energy Uganda since July 2024, Faith Kiprop supports retail strategy implementation, focusing on profitability and operational excellence. Previously, as Regional Retail Manager and Territory Manager at RUBiS Energy Kenya from December 2019 to June 2024, Faith Kiprop managed sales, enforced network policies, and prepared financial reports. Earlier experience as Territory Manager at KenolKobil Limited (June 2017 - December 2019) involved building customer relationships and driving business growth. Faith Kiprop holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Kabarak University and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University.
