John Hovnanian

John Hovnanian, MSLR, has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Currently serving as the Interim CHRO at Ruff Roofers, John previously operated as a self-employed consultant under JH HR Solutions. Significant roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Evenflo Company, Inc., where John also served as the Global VP of HR for the Evenflo Brand before taking early retirement. Additional experience encompasses serving as VP of Global Human Resources for the Home Fragrance Division at Newell Brands and Vice President of Global Human Resources at Intermedix. John holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and HR Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY New Paltz.
