Isabel Lima

Isabel Lima has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Rulesware since November 2011. In this role, Isabel is responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes across LATAM, the USA, and Canada, while managing HR needs for over 100 employees in LATAM. Previous positions include HR Manager, where Isabel focused on IT talent acquisition, labor law analysis in El Salvador and Mexico, and employee performance evaluations, as well as Office Manager and Recruiter at Molinos Modernos, and Quality Control at Bocadeli. Isabel holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Jose Matias Delgado, obtained in 2011.
