Ivania Rivas

Ivania Rivas has over a decade of experience in software development and leadership, currently serving as the Development Practice Lead at Rulesware since November 2016, after previously working as a Software Developer at the same company from January 2012 to October 2015, focusing on BPM technologies and automated testing. Ivania holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, and Finance from ISEADE - FEPADE, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Universidad Católica de El Salvador, earned from 2005 to 2009.
