Rohan Kapoor is a Consultant at Rumjog Enterprises. Rohan was previously at Propeller from March 2021 to July 2022, where they were a Consultant. Rohan's key responsibilities there were strategic and executive client delivery, complex Program Management & Digital Transformation, and they currently support one of the world's leading retailers with an ambitious and exciting MarTech Transformation journey. Rohan's expertise includes PMO Development & Governance, Leadership Alignment, Operating Model + Ways of Working Development and Execution, Current/Future State Visioning, Business Process Management, Change Management, Technology Implementation. Rohan has successfully led large-scale transformational programs across HR, Payroll, Finance, Marketing, and IT in multiple sectors including Education and Retail. In these engagements, they have found creative ways to bring cross-functional teams together and establish a clear strategy & plan to successfully implement complex technologies, streamline processes, develop new ways of working, and manage change.

Rohan Kapoor completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at The University of Sheffield. Rohan then went on to study Blockchain Strategy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford through their Executive Education program.
