Debbie Pastura

Debbie Pastura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles, particularly in the waste and recycling industry. Currently serving as a Business Process Manager and a Business Intelligence Manager at Rumpke Waste & Recycling since October 2010, Debbie has previously held the position of Assistant Corporate Controller at Rumpke Consolidated Companies from 2002 to 2010. Prior consulting experience includes roles at PCMS Datafit, PCMS Datafit Consulting, and Medley & Associates, alongside a significant tenure as Director of Operations at US Shoe from 1985 to 1997. Debbie holds multiple degrees from Xavier University, including a Lean Certification and a Project Management certification, as well as an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business and Accounting from Thomas More University.
