Alicia Delia

Alicia DeLia is an experienced leader in social finance and impact advisory, currently serving as Founder and CEO of DeLia Impact Advisors (Día), which connects impact leaders with essential resources to tackle global challenges. Alicia has held key positions, including Chief Investor Relations Officer and Director of Investor Relations at RUNWAY, facilitating access to capital for African American entrepreneurs. Prior roles include Director of Advancement at Rising Tide Capital, Founder and CEO of Greater Good Giving, and Director of Development & External Relations at Shared Interest. Alicia has successfully engaged in partnerships and fundraising efforts across various organizations, including El Museo del Barrio and the United Nations. With an M.A. in Latin American Studies focused on Economic Development and Microfinance from New York University and a B.A. in Political Science from Baruch College, Alicia combines academic expertise with a commitment to underserved communities.
