Aditya Gupta

Aditya Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design, strategy, and leadership development, particularly in the fields of menstrual health and civic engagement. At Rupeek, Aditya currently holds a category role since August 2021. Prior to this, as the Head of Organisation Design and Strategy at Sukhibhava, Aditya educated over 100,000 women on menstrual health, achieving significant growth through strategic product development and leadership programs. Aditya founded People For Parity, a non-profit aimed at ending gender-based violence, leading impactful training and sensitization initiatives across multiple states. Additional roles include consultant positions at Reap Benefit and TechnoServe, with earlier experience in strategic and analytical roles at The Parthenon Group and IBM. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
