Justin Hanna

Justin Hanna has extensive experience in sales and management within retail and service industries. Currently serving as the New Car Sales Manager at The Russ Darrow Group since April 2015, Justin has honed skills in team training and coaching, customer service implementation, and performance improvement through data analysis. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of General Manager at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., where responsibilities included training team members and supporting customer service goals. Additionally, as an Assistant Manager at GameStop, Justin demonstrated capability in integrated marketing strategies and maintaining an organized environment while delivering quality customer service.
