Janet Young

Janet Young is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the legal and health sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Russell Kennedy Lawyers since February 2021, Janet also holds the position of Board Member and Audit and Risk Chair at HealthShare Victoria, contributing to the organization’s mission to enhance procurement and service delivery in public health. Prior to these roles, Janet demonstrated leadership as Chief Operating Officer at Minter Ellison and Herbert Smith Freehills, and held various senior finance and operational positions at A. T. Kearney, EDS, Andersen Consulting, and Arthur Andersen. Janet's educational background includes attending Auckland University of Technology and Upper Hutt College.
