Shawn Larue

Shawn LaRue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the landscape services industry. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Russell Landscape Group since March 2022, Shawn previously founded and led Horticulture Services Group, Inc. as President/Owner from November 2008 to March 2022, transforming it into an innovative leader in Commercial Landscape Services. Prior roles include Branch Manager at ValleyCrest Companies, managing daily operations for a leading landscape services provider, and Branch Manager at Gibbs Landscape Company, where Shawn successfully opened a new location and oversaw its growth. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Soil Science, Agriculture, and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an M.B.A. with a focus on Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
