Brent Laffere

Brent Laffere is an experienced executive in retail transformation and strategic sourcing, currently leading the Americas Retail Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Previously, Brent served in various senior leadership roles at Neiman Marcus Group, including Senior Vice President of Transformation and Senior Vice President of Spend Management, Capital Planning, and Real Estate. Brent also held managerial positions at Kearney and served as Director in the Program Management Office at Neiman Marcus Group. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
