Caitlin Wiegert

Caitlin Wiegert is a Research Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates since July 2023, having previously served as a Summer Analyst Intern at the same company in 2022. Caitlin gained extensive experience at the University of Richmond from August 2019 to May 2023, holding various roles including Lead Student Intern, Student Intern, and Student Ambassador. Additionally, Caitlin worked at Adventure Landing from May 2018 to August 2020, advancing from Lifeguard to Supervisor. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Leadership Studies, and Art History from the University of Richmond and additionally studied Art History through IES Abroad. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Stanton College Preparatory School, completed within the International Baccalaureate program.
