Carmen Aguiló Argos is an experienced executive search consultant with a diverse background in leadership development and talent acquisition. Previous roles include manager of executive search and leadership development at Royal Caribbean Group, as well as positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and TRANSEARCH. Carmen's career began as a junior consultant at ConsulTree and progressed to a research associate role. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Thomas University, obtained in 2013.
