Catarina Curry

Catarina Curry is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory, particularly in sustainability, energy transition, and financial services. Currently serving as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since January 2023, Catarina also engages as a First Movers Fellow at The Aspen Institute, focusing on corporate social innovation. Prior roles include consulting at Egon Zehnder, where Catarina worked with C-suite positions, and various leadership positions in energy derivatives sales and commodities hedging at firms such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, and Shell. Catarina holds a Master of Science in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Adriatic.
