Gemma Burgess serves as Co-Head of the Global Real Estate Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates since January 2024, collaborating with Deb Barbanel. With a robust background of 20 years in executive and non-executive search, Gemma specializes in sectors such as Private Equity, Investment Management, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Structured Finance, Hedge Funds, and Investment Banking. Prior to this role, Gemma spent 16 years at Ferguson Partners, holding the title of Vice Chairman and accumulating extensive experience across various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Hanson Green, as well as roles in executive search at Ramsey Hall.
