Juha-Pekka Ahtikari

Juha-Pekka Ahtikari is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner and Country Manager at Russell Reynolds Associates since January 2013, Juha-Pekka has also held significant roles at Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner and Managing Partner from January 2001 to October 2012.
