Marcio Gadaleta

Marcio Gadaleta is an experienced Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since February 2018, specializing in the Industrial and Technology sectors, as well as Organization Design and Culture Transformation. Formerly a professor at PECE Poli USP, Marcio taught Information Management in a post-graduate course. Prior roles include Business Development Director for Big Data & Analytics at Oracle, various managerial positions at SAS, and Competitive Intelligence Manager at Norwich, among others. Marcio's extensive academic background includes a Master’s in Enterprise Management and an Executive MBA in Marketing from FGV, as well as a B.Sc. in Telecom Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia.
