Olivia Liang is an accomplished executive in the field of talent acquisition and organizational consulting, currently serving as Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since May 2017. Prior experience includes a decade at Heidrick & Struggles, where Olivia held several positions, ultimately advancing to Principal. Olivia's academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from Cornell University, completed in 2007, and previous education at Northfield Mount Hermon School.
