Shad Ngam

Shad Ngam is a seasoned consultant and executive with extensive experience in financial services and human resources. Currently serving as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2022, Shad co-leads the Financial Services practice in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on senior roles such as CPO, CRO, CFO, and COO. Prior to this, Shad was a Partner at PwC, where the role involved leading strategy consulting in financial services. Shad's leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources Asia Pacific at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy and transformation across 19 countries. Shad also held senior positions at Galaxy Entertainment Group and National Australia Bank, where strategic and operational expertise was applied across various regions in Asia. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University.
