Adam Scheer

Adam Scheer is a seasoned professional in construction management, currently serving as the Senior Preconstruction Manager at Russell since September 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held positions as Construction Project Manager and Project Manager at the University of Iowa and University of Iowa Health Care, respectively. Adam's experience also includes working as a Civil Engineer at Hall & Hall Engineers, where design of municipal systems and infrastructure was a focus, and as a Construction Project Engineer at JE Dunn Construction, coordinating a significant clinic installation project. Adam holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.
