Jennifer Cheung

Jennifer Cheung currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors at Rutabaga, following a significant tenure at Microsoft from April 2018 to March 2023, where jennifer held the positions of WW Sr. Director for Developer Relations and WW Director for Customer Success in the Intelligent Cloud division. In their roles, Jennifer focused on enhancing the Customer Journey and driving digital transformation through cloud solutions. Prior to Microsoft, Jennifer held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Head of Business Development for Amazon Fresh and Sr. Manager for Global Accounts at Amazon Web Services. Jennifer's career began at Cisco Systems, where jennifer held multiple roles leading to the director of competitive strategy, and jennifer also gained experience as an account manager at Millar Elevator Industries. Jennifer holds a BA in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Bowling Green State University, and completed the Cisco Associate Systems Engineering Program.
