Tyler Van Matre

Tyler Van Matre is a Corporate and Tax Associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Irvine office. Tyler’s practices includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate transactions.

As a law student at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Tyler served on the board for the school’s mock trial competition, participated in the Consumer Law Clinic, and conducted pro bono work for the Surfrider Foundation. Prior to law school, Tyler received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also served as a student manager for the UCLA Men’s Volleyball program.
