David’s drive for continuous learning and best practice development makes him an excellent partner to clients and design team partners alike. Inspired by the group’s revolutionary spirit, David joined R+C’s Building Systems Group (BSG) in 2015, a team which focuses on tenant improvements, complex remodels, seismic bracing of MEP distribution systems and anchorage. Like his team members, David approaches projects with a holistic mentality and leverages his knowledge of structural design to help owners and contractors reduce project waste and rework.
David’s experience covers a wide range of new and existing projects including hospitals, airports, schools and commercial buildings. His work includes MEP bracing for the recently opened UCSF Precision Cancer Medical Building and for Marin General Hospital. Additionally, he is currently performing evaluation and non-structural retrofit services on the U.S. GSA James M. Federal Building in Anchorage, Alaska.
