Marcus Bartrip

Marcus Bartrip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business improvement. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of UK Operations at RutterKey Solutions since August 2023, Marcus is focused on enhancing the effectiveness of UK and US business operations. Previously, Marcus held the position of Director of Facilities at Ultra Maritime from July 2017 to September 2023, managing facilities across multiple locations in the UK, Canada, and the US while leading asset investment planning. Additionally, Marcus was Head Of Business Improvement at Ultra Maritime, where strategic planning and governance frameworks were established. Prior roles include Engineering Manager for Surveillance & Control Systems at Ultra Electronics and Avionics Engineer for the Lynx Wildcat at AgustaWestland Limited. Marcus is educated from Kings School, Rochester, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1988.
